Google Drive will not Allow the Upload of Illegal Files!

Google Drive is a part of the online storage services that are used by internet users to offer a paying content for free. They can be Films, music, games etc... Therefore, Google has limited the usage of its platform to prevent this kind of usage.

When a user tries to post a file on Google Drive for illegal downloading purposes, Google will check it and determines if it matches another hacked file. If so, Google will display the message "This item may violate our Terms of Service". Which means this file can't be uploaded.

However, there an important case to consider, Google does not block a pirated file if the user uploads it on private. it may think that this file will remain in the hand of the user who will not be able to share it afterward.
