CES 2017: Samsung Annouces a new 4K QLED TVs!

After LG announcements on the side of the OLED slabs, Samsung's response was highly anticipated; The South Korean has replicated in its own way, unveiling a new range of televisions based on QLED technology, either LCD screens associated with a FULL LED screen and Quantum Dot filter (with quantum dots). The QLED would thus be able to obtain slabs combining the qualities of the OLED slabs (vibrant colors, perfect blacks, and complete viewing angles) without having to suffer the defects (lower luminosity, remanence, lifetime of the slab).

The Q9, Q8, and Q7 are the new Samsung's TV range, capable of displaying 100% of the DCI-P3 color space with a maximum brightness of 2000 cd / m2 without color distortion. The Smart HUB (interface) this time corresponds to the new Smart View app and the electronics of the slab is deployed in an external box (as on the LG OLED W7 slabs), which makes it possible to obtain ultra thin slabs.

And for those who do not know where to place these giant screens, Samsung has provided a wall mounting system and two feet, the Studio Stand and the Gravity Stand. The Q7, Q8, and Q9 are available in 65, 77 and 88 inches and will be available for sale in the second quarter of 2017 (Samsung has not yet specified the prices).
