An idea to enrich the virtual reality? Submit it to HTC, receive a Vive Tracker
HTC is calling for ideas around the Vive Tracker, its toolkit to enrich the interactions in virtual reality. If you have a good idea, it's time to submit it to receive one of the 1,000 kits loaned by the brand!
At CES 2017, HTC introduced several new features, especially extending the experience of its virtual reality helmet. Among the announcements, the Vive Tracker allows developers to track the movement of many real objects. Several compatible accessories have also been unveiled as the haptic gloves, but also the first VR camera.
1,000 Vive Trackers will be sent to developers to encourage this technology. For this reason, today, HTC is launching a call for applications for developers and creative studios. These are open until 6 February. So you have a period of fifteen days to submit your project and convince HTC that you can contribute to the virtual reality evolution. The equipment is of course loaned for free.
