Yonder an Adventure Open-world Game Annouced for PS4/PC

Yonder is an open-world adventure game across a beautiful island. Announced recently in the Playstation Experience 2016, with a release date of the second quarter of 2017.

Prideful sloth, A micro-AAA game development studio founded by veteran AAA developers. The studio took advantage of the arrival of the PSX 2016 to present its game. This game is about an island with eight environments each with its own fauna and flora that you will have to explore and free from a demon. In addition of being an adventure game, you can fish, farm, craft, cook... Which is rather original for this kind of game.

Here is a presentation of the game from the official Prideful sloth studio:

‘’Yonder is set on the massive island of Gemea, a lush frontier with eight distinct environments ranging from sunny tropical beaches to frigid snowcapped summits. Each location has its own flora and fauna, along with changing seasons and a day-night cycle.  Gemea, once a paradise, still maintains the appearance of one, yet an evil murk has enshrouded the land and its people in despair.

The hero of Yonder will explore the island, uncovering its secrets and the mysteries within them self as they embarks on a journey of self-discovery, while saving Gemea and its people. On the quest to become the island’s champion, he or she will join forces with natives and Sprites, ethereal creatures whom are the only thing capable of dispersing the murk.

The towns of Gemea are filled with kind-hearted residents who have faced many difficulties since the arrival of the murk. By contributing to the island through talents like farming, crafting, cooking, fishing and brewing, relationships can be built with the locals, who offer everything from resources to a new farm as rewards.’’

As i said earlier this game will be available in the second quarter of 2017. And personally i cant wait to play this game, with such a great and colorful environment and an attractive story along with an open world to discover...
