Wearable Robotic Assistants From Hyundai!
Hyundai has revealed some details about personal mobility via robotics, the automaker is focusing on “wearable robots,” or robotic exoskeleton devices that can augment the mobility of anyone that wear the robotic skeleton.
The aim of Hyundai is to help people in difficult situations such as assistive devices for people who have difficulty of moving around, medical devices for people who would be totally unable to get around without them, and wearable one that can boost a people ability to carry loads or manage some tasks that requires more than one person!
The project will help people who’ve lost the ability to walk, the skeleton will provide them the standing and walking capabilities with the possibility of putting on without any extra help!
The wearer can achieve up to 2.5 km/h walking speed, the batteries can offer an active use for around 4 hours on a single charge. Repetitive tasks or long periods will no more seems so hard to accomplish! The designs aren’t likely to go up for sale before 2020, but that could be seen as a big move to the autonomous driving revolution!
