Huawei P10: what do you expect from the successor of the P9 dual-camera system?

After the P8 and especially the P9 dual-camera system, the manufacturer Huawei undoubtedly prepares a Huawei P10 smartphone for spring 2017. Maybe just to make a benchmark appearance.

The Huawei P8 smartphone had demonstrated in 2015 that the Chinese manufacturer was able to bring out a complete and attractive mobile device in mid-range and the Huawei P9 launched this year confirmed the professionalism of the group and helps to maintain the company in the world's third rank in smartphone manufacturer.

The Huawei group should logically pursue on this momentum and propose a Huawei P10 smartphone during the spring or the beginning of summer 2017. A device previewed on the GFXBench benchmark perhaps gives an initial idea of its characteristics.

Carrying the reference LON-L29 (the Huawei P8 is stamped L09 and the Huawei P9 corresponds to L19), the future smartphone could propose a display 5.5 inches QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) which would mark an inflection in the strategy of the group, little inclined so far to switch to QHD, and a SoC Kirin 960 (Like the recent Huawei Mate 9), with 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space.

A front camera sensor of 8 megapixels is mentioned, as well as a rear module of 12 megapixels, without indication for the moment of the presence of a double sensor as on the Huawei P9. The whole works under Android 7.0 but we will have to wait a little more to clarify the details of the configuration and maybe to emerge the first renderings of the Huawei P10.
