A GeForce GTX 1060 watercooled by Arctic Cooling!

The Geforce GTX 1060 is one of the best GPU we can find in the market at the moment, the one that offers the best price-performance ratio. But will this GPU give us better performances when using a water cooling system?

Inno3d has entered the battle of the water cooling GPU, with an original Geforce GTX 1060, the first one in the series equipped with a water cooling system. The Inno3d GTX 1060 iChill Black Series frequencies are 1569 MHz for the GPU (against 1506 MHz according to Nvidia), with a boost at 1784 MHz (instead of 1708 MHz) and memory at 8.2 Gbit/s (instead of 8.0 Gbit/s).

-A successful water cooling?
The cooling system used by Inno3D is provided by Arctic cooling. which is the Accelero Hybrid of the brand, that combines an air radiator with a memory fan and the VRM to a waterbloc+ pump+radiator (120 mm) set apart from the GPU. However, the efficiency of this type of hybrid is not always great.
